The MANN+HUMMEL ProVent² 100 crankcase ventilation system is designed for diesel engines in the 75 to 200 kW power range, providing effective oil mist separation and crankcase pressure control. Its compact design allows straightforward installation in space constrained engine compartments while delivering high separation efficiency through MICROGRADE D-G-CCV 50 filtration media. By reducing oil carryover and minimizing deposits in the intake system, the ProVent² 100 helps protect critical engine components and supports cleaner engine operation. Integrated pressure regulation and bypass valve functions contribute to reliable performance across demanding operating conditions, with a temperature range from -40°C to 120°C.
